Eligible Account Types

1. Active CASA Account (Current, Saving & Assan Account)
2. Minor Account holder.
3. Joint account holder is eligible in case of account instruction is “Either or Survivor”
4. Borrower Account holders.

Non-Eligible Account Types

1. Joint account holders, in case of account instruction are “Jointly Operated”.
2. Corporate account, in case of account signatories are “Joint Signature”
3. In case account status “dormant”, deceased & freeze then not eligible until active by branch.

Customer On Boarding Process

Until further notice, onboarding is without biometric verification. Activation is done via contact center.
