Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum age to avail the loan: 20 years.
• Maximum age at loan maturity.
  • For Salaried Individuals: 60 Years.
  • For Self-employed Individuals: 68 years.
  • For Pensioner individuals: 70 years.
• Valid CNIC/SNIC (Pakistan Nationals only) of the applicant (NICOP will be allowed in case of Gold/NSC/TDC).
• Residing in the area from the last 02 Years.
• Business experience at least 02 Years.
• Doing business at the same location from the last 01 year.
• Mandatory CIR check of applicant & co-borrower / co-signer / Guarantor (as
  applicable).
• Not defaulter of KMBL & other institutions.
